Fixing Lyrics and Pronunciation Problems

Overview

AI lyrics are fast, but not perfect. Sometimes a generated song includes typos, wrong words, unclear pronunciation, or lines you want to change.
On MusicArt, you can’t directly edit finished audio, but you can fix problems by regenerating parts of the track using Cover or Extend while keeping a similar style.

Why lyrics can’t be edited directly

Once a song is generated, vocals and instruments are tightly synchronized. Editing text alone would break timing and phrasing, so the correct approach is to regenerate the affected section with updated lyrics.

Basic fix workflow

  • Identify the problem
    • Listen carefully and note what is wrong (typo, unclear word, missing phrase).
    • Write down the approximate timestamp and surrounding lyrics.
  • Decide how much to regenerate
    • Small issue: regenerate only the affected section.
    • Many issues: regenerate the full song with corrected lyrics.
  • Keep the style the same
    • Reuse the original genre, mood, tempo, and vocal type so the fix blends naturally.

Fixing common lyric problems

  • Typos or wrong words
    • Copy lyrics from just before the error.
    • Correct the text and regenerate from that point.
  • Unclear pronunciation
    • Simplify wording and shorten phrases.
    • Avoid long or very fast lines, then regenerate.
  • Missing or skipped words
    • Rewrite the line so the rhythm feels natural.
    • Regenerate from a clean point before the issue.

Tips for better results

  • Choose clean start points
    • Start regeneration at natural pauses, not mid-word.
  • Match energy
    • If fixing a chorus, keep similar emotional intensity.
  • Try multiple generations
    • Generate several versions and keep the one that blends best.

Using this workflow, you can fix most lyric issues in MusicArt without losing the parts of a song you already like.
